MAPLE CORNBREAD

INGREDIENTS

Dry Mix -
1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1/4 cup maple sugar (used dark amber)
1/2 tsp salt
5 tsp baking powder

Wet Mix -
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup canola oil

DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
3. Add wet mix to dry mix.
4. Put in 9” x 9” pan.
5. Sprinkle with maple sugar.
6. Bake at 425º for 23-25 mins.
