1 cup maple syrup
1 cup pumpkin mash (fresh pumpkin or canned)
2 tbsp black molasses
1/2 brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 evaporated milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tbsp corn starch

In large bowl beat eggs, mix in molasses, milk and maple syrup. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients and add to large bowl, stir in well. Add pumpkin mash, stir in well. Pour into unbaked pie shell, place into 350 oven bake until done 30-40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream and glass of milk.
